Wanda: That's not just cruel, that's dangerous. Did it occur to anyone that if he had drowned or gotten injured, heads would roll? I know what passes for a prank in military areas is probably more severe than what civilians consider, but that just screams "hazing death waiting to happen" to me.

I'm becoming increasingly worried this world will be one that, soon, stuff like that wrestling I spoke of will become commonplace and real degradation will become an accepted sport. I should say I have nothing against eros literature- sex isn't something to be demonized and I've no desire to return ...

Sometimes I catch glimpses of what passes for other's erotic entertainment and I wonder wtf is wrong with humanity. Let's face it, the internet is full of porn from mild to soul-rending atrocities against humankind. And yes, as a male I can understand the desire to want to see people getting busy- s...

I should add one caveat- if it is genuinely a mutual fun thing, then far be it for me- or anyone else- to throw stones. Case in point- a church I went to had photos of a pie/shaving cream/something fight among the members of the youth. This isn't focused humiliation- it's just having fun. I am not o...

The severity of this paladin complex was so much that shows like Nickelodeon where kids got pied as punishment for losing were painful for me while everyone else thought it was funny. I wondered, many times, if I was insane. Back then, if an angel/alien/whathaveyou had showed up, said there'd been a...

It's not just the publicized humiliations, it's the little things. I'm guessing no one here doesn't know that students can be absolute monsters to each other in high school, or outside it. As we approach the boundary between teen years and adulthood, it seems our potential for cruelty exponentially ...

Sometimes I wonder if maybe I'm really just insane. Other times I really wonder if I'm really on the wrong planet. Case in point, you all have likely seen these charity events where someone gets pied/slimed or humiliated in public. Laughs for all. The victim is expected to take the current humiliati...

The thing is while the evil side of me does want to be a vengeful man of retribution, my father and mother have provided. They haven't been good counsel in times of hardship, or sided with me when it counted, but I can't deny they provided. They still do, while I'm trying to get a job, and they're p...

I'm pressed to think my parents sometimes suffer from what is best described as severe lapses in judgment. That's the kindest theory I have as to the matter. Anyway. College. Graduating from High school my parents did make up for many of their things, I will admit, by getting me a new, very efficien...

Eventually, yeah, they did get me systems for christmas to replace the stuff I lost, but I would have been really happy with an apology. Some acknowledgment of a mistake. Anyway- back to high school horror stories. I could sum up the whole of my high school experience in three words- painful and mea...

Oh joy. Not following instructions. It's never 'made a mistake'. Never 'forgot something.' Nope. It's DELIBERATE DISOBEDIENCE, not following instructions. Remember, school-bound prisoners, there are no mistakes, only rebellion which is an indicator of sociopathy and will get you marked for suspicion...

Public schools don't even teach you anymore. They pass everyone now, regardless of how small a grasp of the material you have. They pretty much give out A's and don't ask anything out of you. Great way to prepare kids for university or the work world... Ohhhhh, if only. IF. ONLY. Every school I've ...

My first, most vivid experience with the unfairness of public school and the idiocy it can inflict on parents was in a Private school, actually, a very conservative, very "Christian" environment. And when I say Christian I mean, in this case, God help you if you so much as sneeze funny in class, bec...

New to this forum, so I figured I'd post here. Where to begin? I was told I might have aspergers after I barely graduated High school (which I am convinced was Perdition on earth), which made sense but did absolutely nothing to help me. In fact, I've noticed a lot of incidents where I take family-ma...
