| I have always loved dancing and finally this past July I joined a dance crew, and we have been performing together -- and I already did a few solos! This is my latest performance! I am getting better at eye contact with the audience and trying not to let my face scrunch up in spasms. The only proble... |

| Hi guys! I got a phone call today and I got the job as a call-center person! It ends in December, as the office is moving away from the city, but at least I will have a couple months to make a little money in the meantime. And half an hour later, I found a large lump on my dog's neck. I emailed the ... |

| Hi Ynnep, oh! Too bad. The one book that would be perfect for young'uns is not coming out until the end of the year! :) We are also working on one about a little boy with Aspergers! :D This author sent me the manuscript, and she didn't say anything -- but when I read the story, I could relate with i... |

| Thank you for the good wishes, guys! I am so stressed out right now. I have a web designed helping me out, but they have been working on the site for a year, and they want to be "done" before they can work on the SEO... It's funny; I thought I'd hire someone to do the web design, because I had all t... |

I miss my father, who died when I was 16, and had AS.
I miss all the friends I pushed away.
I miss all the family I ran away from.
I miss my daughter, who has AS and is already messing everything up.
The cycle continues. |

| Sounds like me. Give yourself a break. People who know me have gotten used to me fidgeting and arranging everything on the table on different angles, making monsters with my food, etc. That seems to calm me down, and distract me enough, and relax. Sorry your husband has to point out the obvious. Per... |

| I find that particularly for women with Asperger's it becomes harder to tell other people they have it -- particularly when they are adults. After 35 years, women have gotten a hang of how other women behave and can fake eyebrow movements and facial expressions which seem to be so important to NTs. ... |

I would rather go without sex, and I have a healthy sex drive.
I need my eyes for drawing, reading, painting, writing, editing, seeing where I am going while I dance.
If my cooch fell off tomorrow, I'd probably get used to it.
But if my eyes fell out, I'd have to kill myself. |
