I posted this in another section of the forum but no replies yet. My 6 year old son was playing his Nintendo DS yesterday and received a small static shock to his thumb and ever since has been holding his thumb straight out hitchhiker style. He freaks out if anyone touches it, saying it still hurts....

I was cuddling with Gage a little before school this morning and telling him how much I love him, etc. I told him he's the only little boy I'll ever have, to which he replied "What if I build a robot me?". Too funny!

Really what I meant by saying we were on the ball early on is that I hope to avoid some of the things others that are diagnosed later in life have suffered through. Hi everyone... My 5 year old, Gage, was diagnosed with Asperger's yesterday, confirming our suspicions. This is tough... No one wants anything to be going on with their child, but at least we got on the ball with it early. They're working up an IEP program now for him and I'll go back Nov. 12 to rev...
