| What do you mean by raw food? If you mean fruitarian, have fun with health problems. Mostly raw fruit, some leafy vegetables, and rarely some nuts. Also, health problems really only comes into play if you get vitamin D deficient, eat gourmet raw food, dried fruit or overat on citrus fruits. But if ... |
