No. Quite simply, I refuse to put up with Social Services keeping tabs on me, purely on the basis that presumably I will be a crap parent just because of being part of the Asperger's spectrum. In my country, they have already been known to single out people who have learning difficulties.

I don't know if this counts as an odd obsession, but I'm quite enthusiastic about old computer hardware. In fact, I have a system somewhere that goes back to 1995; I never throw out any hardware unless it is faulty. For a brief time I also used to collect two and three way adaptors. But as for the c...

I definitely prefer to be at home. In fact, I rapidly begin to feel unsafe when I venture outside to somewhere where there will be other people besides my family and frieds. I have the constant fear that somebody will attack me entirely unprovoked, or will treat me differently because of me being so...

I calm myself down by listening to music, normally Extreme Metal or Trance. Trance music pulls me in and lets me sink deep into my mind in delirium, while screaming/growling with Extreme Metal songs helps when I'm not in such a good mood. If I'm feeling very angry, playing the Grand Theft Auto games...

A power supply unit for my computer and a 3.5 inch external IDE hard drive enclosure. Only one problem - the power supply unit's plug had been fitted with the wrong type of fuse. |

Yes, but only if this is how they want to be treated, otherwise no. Thinking about them that way is alright, but treating them that way in real life without their consent (meaning face-to-face with the respective woman) is a big no-no. But what you've got to take note of is that there are some women...

While I'm here, I think I'd better answer the question. The main thing I don't understand is why so many women panic about their size. I don't get some women today; they seem to regard anything above a 'normal' size as being unattractive and/or fat, and that it will automatically drive a man away fr...

Sorry, but I disagree. I don't think AS/Autism could increase or decrease in any form. From my viewpoint, you're merely gaining more confidence in yourself and your actions, which is great news nonetheless. But as JohnnyD017 correctly said, children with or without AS develop obsessions with topics ...
