Hey Suzi, I can totally feel ya when it comes to the whole lesbian scene... I've always found it so hard to be able to talk to them, I had the feeling that I don't fit in. Even if I managed to talk to someone, it turned out that I had no topic to talk about. Many of them appeared sort of agg...

The only thing is I believe I have ADHD too and as this will obviously impact on the AS diagnosis. Does anyone have any idea where I should start? I am 35 yrs old and live on the So...

Mine constantly fall off my shoulders.. I'm chubby and there's just no reason for it. It annoys the crap out of me but I'm also big enough that I can't use one of the strap things I just mentioned, because I wouldn't be able to reach it. >.< Recently this has been driving me insane! It is especiall...

I have been away from the gay scene for years now mostly because I am more comfortable with my straight friends. Recently I have been in social situations where there were lots of lesbians and I felt totally lost and unable to speak. It was strange because I have learnt to intereract well with other...

Thanks everyone for responding to this. Seanmw - it's a shame your family and friends don't understand you. People believe that I have these issues but as soon as I attach them to AS they are resistant. I think people can be narrow minded and are afraid to accept that brain differences exist on many...

Hi, just thought i'd share some of my thoughts in the form of a poem (well, sort of). Hope you like it: Please don't.... Please don’t tap my shoulder to get my attention, I’ll jump and take a few minutes to calm back down again. I’ll feel irritated that you made me feel that way. Please don’t stand ...

I recently nearly got obsessed with extension plugs (not sure of the correct name for them). A stand up comedian mentioned them and that was all it took for me to become very interested. I found myself looking for them at work trying to find a 5 plug socket! It was strange because I really didn't wa...

I used to have a huge poster of Freddy Krueger on my wall when I was about 12 years old! (I'm now 35). I also had the delightful Chucky from Childs play. I was always fascinated by Freddy and loved the films. Hmm cool stuff I say :D

Hi Marshall, I feel the same way! I absolutely love fast rollercoasters and extreme sports. I did a bungy jump in New Zealand about five years ago and it was the most amazing/scary feeling I have ever experienced. Trouble now is that nothing can match that scary feeling. I too am fascinated by earth...
