Starcraft2 and the fact that I've been waiting 12 years for this sequel and I've been hearing it will be released soon since 2007.

In that case I would suggest plyometric exercises to improve power and agility. Go slow. http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/pl ... -arts.html

I have greatly improved my social skills using the Mystery Method which was designed to help men pick up women, not treat autism. I don't feel as though my Aspergers has gone away at all. I just think I understand more about how other people think at an intellectual , and constant practice has dulle...

What do you study? A lot of drills are sport specific and arts such as karate, judo, and capoeira require different abilities.

I used to get sick a lot as a child and teenager, but since getting in shape in my twenties I never get sick. I also heal really fast for whatever reason.

For both watching and participating it has to be Mixed Martial Arts. So many ways to win and lose makes it so dynamic. Plus it is a great way to meet people. I've been doing it since 1997 so I know a lot more about it than most fans and in most gyms my aspie tendencies are treated as cool eccentrici...

I agree with James. I can play sports, but cannot watch sports. Except for MMA, then I can watch and do it.

I think any sort of Combat Sport. These are great because I've noticed that while I seem to take longer to learn some things I also manage to do them far better in the long run. I also went from being not very athletic at 18 to very strong and coordinated by the time I was 25.

Personally I would suggest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You get to work against a resisting opponent and with positions like the guard. At about a minute and forty seconds they show how a woman can break a man's arm if he gets on top of her. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TXU-0MDzjyA

I know I can go to multiple 24 Hour Fitnesses (the name of the gym) in Denver, but I don't know if it is good in all cities. Also if you are homeless, the more you work out the more you need to eat. I don't know if that is a problem or not.
