Well, I consider my most prominent personality traits to be intelligence, compassion, passion, ambition, imagination, and pride, so it's a mixed bag. Honestly, I'm almost never here. I don't remember why I originally joined. It was probably out of curiosity more than anything. Right now I'm on mostly because I started thinking about my Asperger's in relation to specific aspects of my life and figured I might as well see what people are saying her...

I was born in Chicago and raised in Los Angeles by a New Yorker and a Midwesterner born in North Carolina, and have no direct ancestors of immigrants from less than three generations back, and usually more. Yet despite this many people question my accent. Sometimes people think I have a "British" ac...

I have mixed feelings about it. On the one hand I was diagnosed when I was a pre-teen, and I had diagnoses of Tourette's and OCD years prior to this, so the diagnosis itself has never been that big of a deal because I was acquainted with psychology at a very young age and didn't have any stigma towa...

I love screenwriting. It's really very simple when you get down to it. What I suggest is that you download the demo of Final Draft 8. It works forever, and pretty much comes with the full program. You just can't save more than fifteen pages in one document, and when you print a watermark say "Final ...

History is indeed the most awesome subject on the planet, right or wrong. :)

Also, fun fact: I loathe the term Aspie. It sounds degrading to me, even if it is commonly used by people with AS.

I haven't read it yet, but I've been seriously considering it. Not because I think I'll like it, but so I can see what all the fuss is about. I already know the whole story. I found this brilliant satire online that pretty much tells all the plot points in the four books. So...I know how it will end...

Considering I've lived her for almost my entire life, I can safely make an informed opinion. The answer: I could take it or leave it.
