| In a perfect world, one would be able to act themselves and be desirable to be around. However, in reality, it doesn't work. You have to put on a mask to be accepted in this shallow, snobby society - and that goes for all facets of life, not just romance. Quoted for truth. I've spent my entire life... |

Fascinated... yeah, I used to stare at them for hours when I was a kid. Nowadays, though, I just forget they're there when stretching, and get my fingers bruised. |

| Woot for fantasy/withdrawl! I never gave up my imaginary friend from youth, and it's nice to have someone to hold onto when feeling like you're slipping away, even if that someone is only in your mind. I look at it this way: which is more unhealthy? Having an imaginary friend that does not interfere... |

| I'll bite. First I'll do self-evaluation according to SpaceCase's ones, then I'll give my own. 1.People that aren't afraid to be themselves Check. 2.People that are REAL I don't know. I think I'm real, but I'm never quite fully sure of these things. 3.People that have a LIFE Well, I'm not a ghost (o... |

| It depends on the situation, really. Basically, how appropriate it feels in context. The violence in something like Saving Private Ryan doesn't bother me much, because war is pretty darned violent. The violence in Kill Bill is blatantly over-the-top and tongue-in-cheek, so it amused me more than any... |

The PS3 isn't out yet, and you're missing the Gamecube.
Console-wise, I play Gamecube and PS2, though I play my handheld (Nintendo DS) more often than the consoles, and I too have a l33t Powermac G5 I use for computer gaming. Yes, that's right, there is more than one mac gamer out there. |

| Actually, I've seen more flame-wars on these boards than I've seen on some other totally unrelated ones. It is pretty peaceful compared to boards that don't require registration, though. |

I sleep on my belly, with at least one arm under my pillow. I'm not sure why, but I _cannot_ fall asleep any other way. I sometimes wake up in other positions, though. I don't tend to sleep too well. |

| I'm proud that I've managed to do as well as I have, and that I haven't lost the will to keep trying to do better. I'm also thankful for the benefits of AS that I seem to have. I feel I'd rather be as I am than 'normal,' and that's what counts. |

| Civet: Brilliant! And yes, I, too, get really sick of being told to smile all the time. Amusingly enough, that combined with my light-sensitivity apparently make me seem constantly angry when out in the sun (when in reality I'm just squinting to keep the light from hurting my eyes) and my stupid, st... |

| ah, The Little Prince. I haven't read it in ages. I remember it made me sad for I am a very sensible person who wishes they were not. It is sad not to believe in magic. Yeah. Funny how that works. I lost my belief in any form of magic several years ago, and ever since have been trying and wishing w... |

| I like it quite a lot (and currently sleep with 2 thick blankets) but I don't really need it. I do, however, tend to need at least more substantial pressure than a bedsheet, or I have that much more trouble sleeping. I actually think I know why this is, but I won't go into it here. |

| I'm normally not keen on the whole changing the past thing, but honestly... if I could go back in time around 3 years, I'd have warned myself to not get involved in certain online communities that drove me to stress-breakdown, and I'd have told myself I find overweight women attractive, as I may not... |

No.
The girls who get the alimony are winners. |
