I've watched three episodes of MLP FiM on Youtube the past two days.

(Now that the brony fandom seems to have died down, I feel that I can enjoy watching it without feeling too uncomfortable now)

Never heard of them. But there's something about the word 'candy' that makes me feel nauseous. I don't know what that's about. In the UK we have chocolate and sweets. I'm glad we don't really use the word candy except for candy floss (what Americans call cotton candy). Although maybe I'd eat fewer ...

And Poles call it literally, sugar cotton wool :D

If you're a French speaker in Canada you might call it "barbe a papa", which literally means "Daddy's Beard".

Vintage TV and magazine ads from the 50s and 60s never fail to surprise me for how incredibly sexist they were. I just saw one ad that showed a woman on her knees while serving her husband a meal in bed with the phrase "Show her it's a man's world". It was an ad for a neck tie. Apparently,...

In spite of my being something of a self-advocate, I think I have some really bad internalized ableism. I have no job, no car, and I'm still getting money from my mother for groceries twice a month. Every adult you hear about who lives that kind of life is always a complete loser and the outcome of ...

I've never heard of Spree candy before. But I guess they're better than shooting sprees. Now that I think about it, I may have eaten Spree candies from bulk vending machines, which were mixed up with Runts candies (which are small crunchy candies shaped like fruits). But thanks to covid I hardly eve...

I think I sound like an American trapped in a Canadian's body. Especially when I pronounce the word "sorry" and hear how other Canadians pronounce it. I've been trying to pronounce it "sore-ree" and not "saw-ree" in public so I don't feel weird or get mistaken for an Am...

Just go to any teenage hangout and you'll see the zombies on their phones.

If pouring salt on slugs shrivels them up, why are there slugs living in the ocean?

Better get the child-sized coffins ready. Maybe design them to look like a race car or a unicorn like some children's beds, it'll be adorable.

When I was a preteen I started collecting G1 My Little Ponies. I would have them all lined up on my bedroom desk. I even had a baby Sea Pony floating in a small plastic aquarium. In the 90s MLP was replaced by Troll dolls. I adored them. I would not only have them lined up but I'd arrange them accor...

When I was a young kid, people noticed I had weird anxiety issues and behaviors but thought it was just part of me being a "future artist". I loved drawing cartoons, especially animals because of Disney and Looney Tunes and stuff. That was before the furries ruined everything. Or the anti-...

And it quickly got annoying when they started playing the song every time they showed a movie preview with dogs. If my life gets screwed up and I manage to get into making movie previews, I'm going to use that song as much as possible. Don't forget to use "Bad to the Bone" or "Born t...

Have you been influenced by PETA, who can't tell the difference between a fantasy video game and real life and are hypocritically stealing and killing pets and service animals?

You mean like writing lines at school for punishment, only instead of something like "I will not talk in class" it's more like, "I will make eye contact" or "I will not infodump my special interests on people"?

Sounds a little too much like something ABA would do.
