I haven't even been to the dentist in 3 or 4 years now. I did not handle my last couple of appointments where I had to get a cavity filled well at all and suffered a meltdown in the chair before the dentist could even touch my tooth. I think my fear of the dentist has gotten worse recently because o... |

Everyone has to die sometime, it's unavoidable. It's a bit overdramatic to say western society will collapse because someone that I've never heard of before has died. As if society hasn't collapsed as it is.
People die all the time and nobody cares unless they're "famous". |

Over half of marriages end in divorce and most of the half that stays married wishes they didn't. Humans are not capable of living in peaceful co-existence in spite of their many differences, so why should they force themselves to stay together in the first place? |

I have a bottle of this liquid that keeps fabric from fraying. I use it on ribbons and stuff. It has a warning on it not to put it in your eyes. Which is good because it does resemble a bottle of eye drops. But people who need eye drops may have trouble reading the warning. |

A lot of people here in Canada aren't happy with the USA, either right now, in case you haven't noticed. Mainly because of Orange Raving Lunatic. But Canadians are more like Americans than anywhere else in the world, and I'm sorry to say that the most Canadian thing I probably do is not wear shoes i... |

It's not hard, I'm just lazy I can be lazy too. It's why I don't wear makeup or have a fancy hairstyle. Can't be bothered. I haven't worn makeup or made my hair look fancy in forever, either. I don't like the way most cosmetics feel, anyway. Greasy, heavy, powdery... and then you have to wash... |

Brushing your teeth and showering too often can be bad and make your teeth, skin and hair worse, respectively. But in North America there is so much stigma that you're seen as a slob or a creep for not constantly keeping yourself clean. And that's why so many people have less resistance to disease a... |

I'm back at my apartment with the power back on. It's a long story. Yesterday in the early evening the power suddenly went off in my area. I called up my mother on my smartphone and she fund out there an issue with a transformer that caused the outage. They said, whoever "they" are, that t... |

If God doesn't make mistakes, then why are some people born with too many fingers or toes? Maybe some people are born the wrong gender as well. But don't bring anything scientific into a debate with someone who is convinced God creates everyone to be perfectly made. Which is a laugh because humans i... |

Today is not only Canada Day, but also the day that Americans raided a British Settlement in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
As someone who lives in Nova Scotia, that hits, quite literally, close to home. |
