BT is p2p btw. I think it's odd the circle I've done in procuring my files. I started with irc and usenet, went to napster, then kazza, then bit torrent, and now I'm back to mainly irc and usenet. |

btw, if you liked the BBC version, you might want to check out Ricky Gervais' podcast over at http://www.guardian.co.uk/rickygervais . also, http://freshmeat.net When it comes to OSS that I use on an almost daily basis the list would have to be Pan (NNTP reader), XMMS or MPG123 (mp3 players), Firefox (duh), Audacity (sound editor), Gimp, emacs (everything AND the kitchen sink), python (for random things that need automation or just... |

I make electronic music, but don't really listen to a lot of it. I guess that's kind of odd. When I do, it's usually random vocal trance to zone out and code to, stuff like aphex twin if I'm in the mood to listen to it. I used to like digital hardcore a lot, but haven't really listened to any of it ... |

Yeah, with the occasional bathroom break/etc if I think about it.
Everyone works differently though, people have different styles of working. This just happens to be the way I tend to work. It's most likely not the best way. |

General, unless I go back to something, the most I'll work on something is about ten hours, if that. I have a bad habit of working for a while on a song and then just never going back to it. |
