Interesting theory Then again if I saw someone drowning in the water or something, I wouldn't let them die because they didn't give me the magic word! But it's a valid point, "he greeted me, I know him now, I have to help him". |

that is so true. My husband keeps asking me "are you alright?" and i got sick of it. I told him straight that if something was bothering me, he'd be the first to know! |

| N never initiates a conversation unless she needs something, and spends all her free time away from us. Oh, and she's only in two days a week anyway. She seems like a nice person, so what can I do to help get to know her? She sounds just like me, maybe we're colleagues  I thought only NTs coul... |

i don't mean "happy new year" because we already say that and it does not seem to affect the good day tradition |

Exactly, people react a certain way that just doesn't come to me.
Like when my conductor at the orchestra told me I'd play the concert on a grand piano. It's good news but I didn't react and i think he was upset or something. Usually I take the information and that's it. |

| I could never understand why people made such a fuss when celeberities died (I was actualy rather releaved when Steve Irwin did. Finnaly!) I couldn't understand why September 11th was such a big deal and it was only so upsetting because my entire routine had been turned upside down because the TV c... |

| Willard, I 'care' because i deal with clients at work, clients with their pathetic lives, and small talks. I need to be nice to them or i'll get kicked out. Not that i'd care about losing a stupid job, it's the money i'll miss  Yesterday I was far in my own world and later a customer complained... |

| I have this problem, nothing 'normal' seems to matter. When someone tells me that they left their wife/husband, or someone died, or they got a new dog, or that their kids have great marks or are sick, whatever people say (family or colleagues), i never care and most of the time i have no reaction at... |

i don't know if it's jealousy, but these people don't sound like friends to me.
i noticed friends are supposed to say positive things, even if they think the direct opposite.
I know because i've had bad experiences stating my opinion when i was asked to... |

| I'm often far far fay away. I'm AUTistic, so I can be aut (out). It helps me to survive during boring situations. When I do sth, I can do AUTomatic Mode On and I do this thing, but my mind goes away. I don't feel tired. Sometimes I'm among many people, but I sit and stare at one point. I almost don... |
