Oh I think I'm starting to enter this second puberty thing. So far it's been great! Other than some hot flashes it's not bad. No period, good stable mood. Life is colorful and I'm interested in everything. Sometimes I sing and dance at night by myself and have a party on my own. :D It does remind me...

Oh yes hyperfixations can really mess up my brains. When I'm really into something I don't eat or sleep well. That might be OK for a 20 year old but not good for older adults with work and responsibilities. I kinda only indulge in addictive stuff if I'm sick and off duty. They go super well with fev...

I see a lot of those threads. They're ok. Most people including NT just want to vent sometimes. It's an temporary thing and they weren't looking for advice. They wanted someone to listen. I've done some venting myself and appreciated the replies very much. I do think if someone's posts are persisten...

One of my sons does that. We all hold our breaths when he speaks in order to listen better, but usually we still need him to repeat. I think it's the combination of introversion, lack of practice and low confidence. When we ask him to read a story or letter, his voice is normal volumed and not slow ...

The only color I can't stand is steel grey. Nothing to do with autism. It's classical conditioning. When I was little my mom took me on this grey bus every weekend, and I had motion sickness. So an association of feeling queasy and that color was formed. I like all other colors and experiment with m...

I take promises seriously. But I see you were not talking about that kind of promise. In a similar context, I would say "Trust me, it'll be better." And people do tend to trust me somehow. :) It's just a bad use of words. My mom likes to say "Let me tell you the truth." to everyb...

In my experience underwire are only uncomfortable if they're not large enough. :) If you're average in size you're probably at least a DD. Trying to squeeze into B or C cups would be very unpleasant.

My only triggers come from my closest family members because I love them. Other people generally don't bother me. I'm usually not the kind to get angry or upset. If I do get upset I can find ways to dissipate it pretty quickly. Oh I forgot one: irrational people do bother me. I usually just avoid th...

I generally bond well with much older women (like boomers) or much younger women (gen Z). Older women are mature enough to accept odd behaviors and have free time, and young people are open minded enough and have more free time to hang out. Those who are in the prime of their lives with small childr...

Hmm I've only been called that by older women. I didn't mind. People can call me anything they want and I'm pretty oblivious to their thoughts and feelings. Maybe I look severe because most strangers would call me "mam". :D

Have you graduated from college? I would focus on getting some good education first. Not sure what to recommend about relationship. The more you want them the harder it is to attract someone. It's best to build up yourself with skills, talents and experiences.

Ok this is almost six years later. I have not got any skinnier. But I've grown into this body and accepted it. :D I've built up quite a collection of maxi skirts and maxi dresses. A few midi but I usually wear the maxi when I go out. I feel comfortable in them, especially in summer. I pretty much do...

I think healthy diet should not be equal to bland tasting stuff you don't like, or that you need to munch leaves like rabbits. It's different for each person. I'm actually trying to eat more meat right now to be healthier. It' probably good to start with a health check-up and see if your bloodwork a...

I got much fatter after 40. Not overweight yet but certainly well padded. :) Now the more inevitable things after 40 (for me) are people in my family dying, kids growing up and mid-life crisis. I couldn't do much with the first two things, but I went back to school to get a bit more youth and diplom...
