I've just discovered Kyle XY (on the net as it was never broadcast in Australia).

It is so strange being able to relate to some of his experiences, like saying the wrong things and asking stupid questions... and learning social skills.

Ah missed you Kezzstar. I was in section 23 row A. It was a great night, apart from the result. I met up with footy mates at The Den @ Chalk and we all walked over to the Gabba. Also bumped into one of the players (not playing) after the game and we had a quick chat (I know a couple of the players)....

Going to the round 9 game in Brisbane - do you want to meet up?

I went to the Friday night game on 2 March 07 btw Brisbane Lions and Western Bulldogs. It was a brilliant game.

I went with two friends who thought I was a fanatic - I did so much yelling. The Lions are my team.

That robot/android called Andrew in Bicentennial Man is very AS.

In the beginning, he takes everything said to him literally.

My experience in the Army Reserve in Australia was very different, where I was in a signals regiment, rather than infantry. I found the other people pleasant, even though some were a little stupid. Recruit/basic training was a shock to the system. Waking at 5.30am. Eventually settling into a routine...

Lots of vampire movies, mostly good, some B grade - Lost Boys, Blade, Dracula 2000, etc

A few zombie movies like Dawn of the Dead and Land of the Dead (remakes are good), but why do walking corpses need to eat live human flesh?
