You, my friend, are dealing with "nines" disease. My guess. A year ago I was 39, and all leading up to my birthday I had all sorts of problems. In a couple of weeks I'm turning 41. It's been a very strange year.
Be kind to yourself. It will get better. |

Welcome. I would like to get to know you.
My brother lived in Russia for several years, married and had a child. There are many Russian speakers here where I live (near Seattle, WA).
I hope you can find other Russian aspies. Nice to meet you. |

I find myself relating to the original Incredible Hulk series with Bill Bixby. |

I agree with you, but it is also a simple fact that Tony Attwood lives in Australia and Simon Baron-Coen lives in the UK.
Generally I respect Temple Grandin, but her focus is animals, not people. |

Most people spell it "assenburgers" but that is just so wrong. *smile* |

People will make fun of your spelling. It's Asperger's, without the "b". |

Welcome to Wrong Planet!
Please forgive my ignorance, but what is Borderline Asperger's? How is that different? |

yes...Happy Birthday.
If I may ask.....What prompted you to seek a diagnosis, if you've lead a fairly functional life?
Wouldn't it be grand if Sacha came out with an aspie character? He's done race and sexuality...why not neurology? |

I always enjoyed the illustrations for the original Laura Ingalls Wilder books. I can't remember his name, but I think he also did Charlotte's Web. I agree, the original material is fascinating. |

I have read all the posts and think you are getting some fairly good advice here.
I respect your education, but a second year psychology major isn't qualified to diagnose. As a parent you are more than qualified to ask for a second opinion. |
