i take milatonin but it dosen't help aney more. :( i ask my mom if she can find out about the root thing.ty for posting.by the way this is the 3'rd time i ask but i whant 2 know why i rock back and forard.my mom says it help me calm down but i don;t know how it would.and i have 2 go to bed at 11:00 ...

hey ya how are ya? i got a qusion.why is it that i rock back and forard?also i sliyly getting better at sleeping at night,but oley by 5%.

hi i am kems son.i will tell the truth right hear.i sleep in 1'st peiod becuse i can't even sleep at night at all(heak i stayed up all day and night on cristmas eve and u can ask her).now i got a F in algrbra(the class i sleep in)and i try 2 sleep at night but my body and mind is rageing a war on it...
