| I have tried to watch the mouth and it's easier than the eyes . it gives me the same problem though . And i have to look away from the person . look at the hands help me . but if i were uncomfortable with the person or not like them i don't look at them at all . that makes some of them mad. | hi for all my life and worse now I have trouble looking at people were talking to me when I try looking at the eyes i can do it for a few seconds and must look away . so i try looking at their mouth and the same trouble . it makes me feel dizzy and sort of hurts my eyes and head . | I usually wake up about 4a.m. and work on computer maybe get back to sleep for a hour later . | yes I eat gluten free. it help my digestion problems . casein and soy and hfcs cause me aggravation of anxiety and my mom say worsen my autism symptoms. msg and chemicals in cleaners and perfumes are the worst though . I get hot and red and itchy and can't thinking properly i feel dazed in a bad way... |

I don't like other ppple to put it on me especially my face . I don't like it to get in my nose i get a bad head ache then .
I like ones that make my skin sparkly but it hard to find one with no smell . even unscented ones sometimes smell of plastic . |
