Actually, in a scientific paper, "might" or "possible" means that there is a non-zero chance of something happening. Likewise an increase in something happening means exactly that, an increase. For example, if there is 0.00000000000001% chance of something happening it is possible. If someone with s...

Keep trying. Get used to feeling lonely. There will often be times when there seems to be nobody in your life that you are close to. I think being lonely is something everyone feels more often than they'd admit publically. Also have some people online that you can talk to when convenient, that way w...

http://www.aspieaffection.com/advsearch ... arch_new=1 doesn't work for me. I do get an awful lot of interesting information from the database error though.

Everything else that I have tried seems to work... not found smudge on there though

I used to go, but haven't in years.

I still have 3 Western Arms SVI pistols and a TM UZI that I've been meaning to get rid of. I'm not up with all the new rules with the law changes, but it seems it's harder to buy or sell them any more.

Maybe one day I'll go again.

I play football (soccer for you americans). I never did as a child. I was always the kid that got picked last for any team sport at school. It has only been since I've grown up that I tried doing anything sporty. When I started I was probably the worst player in the team. I have really poor co-ordin...

Partly, more on the outside of a group looking in. I always feel more like the group as a whole tolerate me rather than actually want me there. There's usually one person in the group that I get along with, that person is usually the reason I'm with that group of people in the first place, or it's a...

OK, here's a new idea... Hugh Laurie with or without British accent as the Riddler. I love this idea :D. I can't see Johnny Depp bringing anything new to the Riddler that Jim Carrey didn't or that wouldn't remind me of Captain Jack Sparrow. I could imagine the Riddler leaving hints about the Joker,...

As a guy I have women telling me that pick up lines don't work, and just to say hi and act like a normal human being (and therin lies the problem). So I find it strange to see women trying to make up cheesey lines too! You could say: "Do you have a girlfriend?" "No" "Do you have a boyfriend?" "No" "...

I get the impression that many NT men would assume that sex may be on the cards regardless.

Just go up and say "Hi, I'm <insert name here>".
If you want to make it more obvious you like them then tell them they're cute.
