Hi :),

I love my UFC, mixed martial arts. Im watching the current season of ultimate fighter at the moment with Chael Sonnen and Jon Jones as the coaches.

Ive also done a few years of Jiu Jitsu which was amazing, its one of the main reasons i like UFC.

When you start shaking because your not drinking, going through "alchohol withdrawal", then your in trouble i think. My motto is not to get emotional while drinking or make decisions because things feel 50 times worse while drunk.
