I take half a dozen medications for my body rather than my mind.

I have some anxiety but not enough to justify going on meds for that.
I find it helpful to go shopping and buy stuff. :D

It is one of the best states for playing golf all year in nice weather.

Hopefully the people who voted for the Big Beautiful Bill will be voted out of office. Our next opportunity is the midterm elections. We shouldn't wait for the provisions of the BBB to take effect before voting them out of office.

Yes talking about stuff helps.

Some find it helpful to set relationship rules, since whatever you do often affects both of you.

There are books on bipolar. Maybe you could read one together and discuss?
