I drink chamomile blends and adaptogenic root tea's everyday, 2-3 nice hoppy beers or very tanniny red wine 3-4 times per week seems to work for me. | The reason interest hopping upsets me is that I don't feel fulfilled in my previous interests, and they nag at me while continuing to pursue new ones. The original intent of bringing this up was to understand why it happens, not in an attempt to fix or stop the behavior, but to understand it better... |

They are a different breed in many more ways too.
