| I was diagnosed through the NHS, but it can take years, to see a psychiatrist, you GP can't diagnose you. |

| My wife takes Haloperidol for Tourettes and it works very well, Risperidone was useless. |

Quetiapine made me very ill so I had to stop taking it.
The older antipsychotics help with anxiety which is my main problem, I don't hear voices much. |

I take Chlorpromazine for psychotic anxiety and I noticed it is approved for autism, do anyone else take it.
I have read the FDA data sheet and it says it is for treating autism. |

| I have been on Chlorpromazine 15 months and I dont think I have Aspergers anymore, I was diagnosed with aspergers in 2007, I think I have psychotic anxiety which is treatable and I never had Aspergers in the first place, I also have read about people who have got better on Risperidone. |

Since I was a child my brain would keep thinking about things and not let me sleep at night.
I have been taking Chlorpromazine which works very well and it also helps with anxiety, I also know someone with AS who takes Risperidone. |

I have been on Prozac fluoxetine several times, I don't like it but it does help to calm emotions.
I often take 10mg either in the liquid form or one 20mg capsule evey other day, aspies can be senitive to medication. |

| I used to hear voices in my head, I thought they were evil spirits, I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia and take antipsychotic medication, I hardly ever hear them now. |

| I have been diagnosed with aspergers and ADD in 2007 and I have been on two different meds for ADD, they do help but they keep me awake most of the night, I am not a good sleeper anyway. |

I was diagnosed with AS in 2007 and I was put on Risperidone and Fluoxetine, they didn't work very well.
Some people find Atomoxetine (Straterra) helpful for ADD. |
