Is there any way finding out and improving social skills with internet and video? I live in Sweden and here I doubt there are any kind of support, barely anyone knows anything about AS. How would you like to improve it? to fit in with NTs....? I have skype anyway, not always talking, usually typing...

pardon my english. stimming is moving uppertorso/head forward/backwards? I walk really fast, but don't mind it since thats the way I like it.

maybe my fast walk has to do with my somewhat anxiety for meeting ppl and social anxiety.
