I cant seem to make myself go to the doctor...Im getting to the point where I feel completely seperated from my body. Its getting worse and yet I still cant make myself get in the car and go. I dont know if I can handle this... Sorry about this useless post....just need someone to talk to.

Today is the best I have felt in about 8 months, It was a rough road but Im starting to feel fairly clear. My question is what should I do, Should I still go to the doctor or wait and see how many days I feel like this and go from there?

Id like to start with this is very hard for me to even type let alone talk about, so if its a little bit disorganized bare with me.
