I'm feeling sad but I've decided I'm going to do my damnedest to become a limo driver. I had my 2nd driving lesson today and my instructor said I'm one of 2 or 3 people he's taught in 10 years who stick out as the best. He thinks I'm more or less mastered left hand and right hand turns, reversing, c...

Don't Drop That Bomb on Me by Bryan Adams is a mediocre song overall. The first 30 seconds or so are a musical ecstasy.

The deadpan way he delivers the lines on a morning TV show is brilliant. He plays a crusty dried-up old TV news reporter who's got such a good caliber he's embarrassed and furious to be contractually obliged to entertain the lowest common denominator. The best line in the film is when Harrison Ford ...

Your soup sounds yummy. I will try it soon. I am a vegetarian and am always looking for new recipes. It's very cold here and soup is just the thing. I have lots of soups recipes too. So if you ever need another, just ask. I hope it won't make you sick. Thank you. I'm a vegetarian too and also am al...

Hope you managed to find them. I never used to be passionate about soups, mainly because my mother always made the same one that made me feel sick. I suspect many a child who's been fed the same has gone on to be wary of soups.

Well done on having the initiative to eat the Med way. My dad's 70 and he's got hardly an ounce of fat on him. You don't have to put on weight as you get older as long as you're willing to cut out the crap.

Is it too much to ask for someone to show interest in my topic? I won't bother sharing anything that might be useful with any of you in the future if you're going to ignore me. Suppose I should just crawl under a rock and stay there. I can hear lots of little bugs calling my name right now. Yeah, th...

I just made a soup from a recipe I found. It was delicious and I've got to share it with you all. This recipe will make 3 portions of soup, which you can eat with other people or store the other 2 portions in the fridge for another day. Story I've nicknamed this soup Happy Soup because I feel very c...

I got stood up by the guy. Didn't reply when I contacted by the phone even though earlier in the night he asked me round. Bizarre and upsetting.

I'm surprised no one else is afraid of crime as much as me.

I've pulled out of a few opportunities with women because of a fear of crime. I'm beginning to come round to the idea that since we only live once you've got to take a few risks. In the past though I've a few times not pursued the possibility of a relationship with a woman because I thought by the t...

When I went out today I came up with a novel idea. I imagined I was a goldfish swimming in the sea. I began to feel less stressed about people looking at me because fish are beautiful, they move gracefully. I imagined everyone else was a fish too and they didn't seem so scary anymore. It became easi...

I came home after going to the cinema and made stuffed tomatoes for the first time. Baked in the oven and filled with cooked rice, chopped spring onions, pine nuts, raisins, parsley and mint. I make a new recipe every week to keep me as sane as possible, to try to keep myself stimulated in some way...
