I never heard of RSD until I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago, and RSD describes me exactly. I'm a natural worrier, meaning it takes far less energy to worry or dwell on something than it does if I try not to. Even if I block the thoughts from my head and tell myself I'm not going to worry a...

The ole U.S gov't has our information... Anyone else as f****d as I am, because I have been complaining about the government at least since Obama was president. So idk if they are planning to do anything with that info but yeah there is certainly years of me disagreeing with the government that have...

Yeah, I actually thought a lot about it today...not sure it is the case with you but I probably have RSD(rejection sensitive dysphoria) where I always worry about how I come off and such. Like once I get comfortable I can be pretty chill but over time eventually people will see I don't always hadndl...

wehras I think some people would want to put the box far away and just never adress it, I can't do that. I do that, mostly. When it gets out of one box I just put it in a new one and repeat. I'm not suggesting it's a healthy coping mechanism, but it at least works for letting me focus on more impor...

I deal with it, I know others on here have mentioned dealing with it. I mostly just lock it in a box and ignore it to the best of my ability. Yeah idk my therapist did suggest I put my trauma in a box...and she wanted me to think of a place where it is. So in past trauma therapy I created a little ...

I think it explains a lot in my case, all the traits of it match up. I guess I always did figure it wasn't normal to have such a painful reaction to perceived rejection or judgement. I guess I thought everyone felt that and could just deal with it better than I could...but apparently most people don...

I just came back from the hospital following a vicious anxiety attack that left me unconscious alone in my apartment for a few hours. It came from the upcoming weather we are expecting in Missouri. Normally, I do not have an issue with it but as a security guard I am expected to drive even in state...

That sounds like a pretty bad situation for sure, and I'm sorry you're dealing with that. You may be able to get some help though you can call 2-1-1 to be connected to local social services. But I also found some other places you could call that might be helpful. There is an advocacy group called Lo...

Well, what interests do you have, outside of finding a relationship...it won't do very well if you have no hobbies or interests. There are plenty of women who don't like sports or care about celebrities. As for movies what exactly do you mean like you don't like any movies/shows/documentaries, or s...

For under 16s Is it worth it I just think the proposal is a show to make people think they're doing something, when really they're doing Jack That seems extreme, and more likely to cause them to find ways around the rules which could be more dangerous for them. I think it would be better to teach k...

Too tired now, but maybe later I will show my small sized bong with a sea turtle on it after I clean it, as it is rather dirty. Though I guess I will likely start trying to cut down on how much weed I smoke, since my psychiatrist says it could potentially make adhd medication treatment less effectiv...

Are there any crows in your area, you could make friends with them. Just feed them and they will come to love you...and then you have crow friends and your neighbor doesn't.

An eagle so I could really fly free. Plus what a great view and being an eagle maybe I wouldn't be afraid of heights anymore.

I even have nightmares about very tall buildings, haven't been to the top of most of them...but idk I feel like it would be scary to be on the upper floors of those buildings.
