Gremmie - So if I lose more than 2 pounds a week, it might be okay since I'm chubby to begin with? :D Lol no idea... I'd reckon probably not though. A pound is about 3500 calories so to lose 2lb in a week you'd need a deficit of about 1000 a day... any more than that and you'd seriously be risking ... |
