Well, I was sitting with my friends, one's a special ed teacher, and one's a speech therapist, and they were talking about a student with Aspergers and how they could tell, and I realized that I had been exhibiting those same "symptoms" just a few minutes earlier. |

All the freakin time. It is so annoying! It is like English isn't my first language. It is like I will try to say something and the syllables will be in the wrong place. Or my brain will get distracted in middle of a sentence and insert a random word from my other train of thought, or just insert a ... |

I wonder if there are differences between men and women, on how they are treated if they are attractive or not. Supposedly, women have a much greater variety of men they are attracted to, while men are much narrower on their versions of good looking. A lot of times for women it is the personality, l... |

No.
Caffeine on the other hand, makes me a lot more aware and increases my ability to follow conversations and makes me talk more and my speech a lot more fluid, so I guess it does. |

Never intentionally to *hurt* myself. Curiosity, however, did cause more than a few bloody situations. And I was also fascinated with sticking needles through the top layer of skin, but that wasn't really doing any harm. About the only harmful thing I do anymore is that when I'm uncomfortable I tend... |

My 24 year old brother does that. I don't know if it is because he is aspie or what. |

It depends. a lot of times I can't concentrate enough to read. I listen well though. If I read out loud or outline it, that extends my attention span. And if I read it out loud in different accents, I am pretty good. But considering you can't do that during a test... I usually whisper the question t... |

Meh. I think that they are more likely to give you a chance if you are good looking, but somethings it can put you at a disadvantage. Like my sister is a model, literally. She is very pretty and good on the surface, and she really is sweet, most of the time. But she does miss some things and shows s... |

Um, maybe take a break from it for a while. Like every time you consciously realize you are thinking about it try to shift your attention to anything else. Even if it means repeating multiplication tables in your head or something like that. It will be really hard at first, but then it should get be... |

Meditation. Usually on a memory verse I have. I look up at the ceiling and start repeating a passage that I've memorized over and over to myself until it is all that fills my head. Usually John 1:1-5. lol. I work in my children's program at my church and it can get really overwhelming at times. Anot... |

I was homeschooled until college, so learning was more tailored towards what I needed. In college I had the highest marks in my graduating class, so I can't say I had any real problems. But the sensory thing was annoying for the first two years, and that each class was in a different classroom and s... |

Owl City may have some of the same style as other bands, but that doesn't really mean anything. There are also some differences. I like his voice better than the others. I couldn't tell Hawk Nelson from Reliant K for the longest time because they shared the same style. As far as I know, Adam hasn't ... |

I'm not proud, but nor do I feel inferior. It is a part of who I am, just like my shoe size or gray eyes. Sometimes when words don't come or something like that happens I feel annoyed, but not inferior, just different. |
