There's one problem with that costanza clip that wouldn't happen in real life. If the first thing you say after introducing yourself is "I'm unemployed and live with my parents", I don't think any woman would take you at that point, no matter what "confidence" you have... I think you underestimate ...

I avoided the rush by being bored with it as soon as it came out... Like facebook, I'd rather chew my toes off than play that game. Paying to play D&D with obnoxious 12 year olds? Really? I'll pass. If you play with obnoxious 12 year olds I can understand you passing on the opportunity. For me ...

Whether or not tghis is appropriate content for this forum, I can assue you: A. One of the most incredibly dumb people I have ever met - not necessarily the absolute bottom of the curve, but a contender - was a blond female - presumed human. If they cast her in a 50s ditz blonde film, she would be ...

I agree - an Aspie would probably be more outspoken if there was an issue. I find most aspies to be innately extremely honest, emotionally.

That said I'm sorry for what you have to go through - have a look around these boards, there might be useful information for you.

I identify myself as nothing but female - I like being what I am. That said - I have a lot of traits borrowing from the more masculine side - for one, I like women more than I like men, relationship-wise, and never had much success with men either. Most, if not all, of my hobbies are considered "a g...

Great article in my mind - although I only skimmed it, didn't read all of it in detail. What I did read seemed more reasonable than a lot of articles on the topic though - what's the shocker? She's got a great view on most things mentioned there.

Guys. Hold it. Not your thread, PM's -> That way.

I don't think either of you meant what the other is actually reading into it. :)

Not to mention; You don't have to be amazing at it first time with someone. Seriously - it's teamwork, also. Sure I understand what you want it to be great, for both of you - but you have to start somewhere, and "learn eachother" - no sexual couple is the same, what someone learned while being with ...

I can't give you an help on those questions DaisyBlue, but I think it's a bit saddening that you want to shove the AS diagnose in under the carpet so thoroughly. For what it's worth, I think Aspergians are thought to be great workers if they're put to something they know how and want to do - career-...

Arguing whether a month is a lot or not is sort of pointless I think, it's more subjective and more case-by-case basis than that.. I slept with my current partner after having known each-other for 4 days >_> But I'm by no means a role model  Jokes aside.. You definitely shouldn't rush into it n...

I don't know if an aspergian man would be much different from an aspergian woman at the basic level, but I can tell you the things I as a woman have observed. I'm glad you're concerned about how much to encourage him. This is something important I think, and it's always been a bit of a breaking poin...

Coming from someone who's twitchy about being touched, at least when not prepared for it; Yes it will require you to go outside your comfort zone. I'm twitchy, always was, probably will be. Even with people who I otherwise would trust with almost anything, people I think highly of, people I love. Ev...

She doesn't look bad. It's not really a flattering pictured though, to be completely honest! Trying to smile for a camera is usually grounds for disaster when it doesn't come naturally :) First impression: That's not an honest smile. I'd probably "see" her if I was out walking. My eyes tend to follo...

1) Are you single or married? How do you feel about it and why? Neither! Marriage, to me, feels like a pointless way to spend time and money, I don't need an official statement to know I love someone. That said, I do have a girlfriend, and we are in the process of moving in together. I'm scared, to...

Each to their own, right. "Regular" people can vary wildly between being borderline addicted to it, where as to some people it's unthinkable to enjoy it or want it. I personally don't see a reason why it would be any different for an Aspergian. Personally, I'm quite open about it at least. I enjoy t...

There's been a lot of good advice said here already, don't feel like I can give much useful input. I never liked them either, though. I've used some, but it just didn't feel comfortable. I don't want to spend the whole day thinking about how that thing jammed up me ladyparts is feeling really awkwar...
