We are Gluten/Casein free as well as having allot of food intollerances, to soy, egg, almonds, peanuts, and all chemicles. The diet helps ALOT but we can not eat out at all, we have a very occational Gluten/Casein free pizza, but for the 4 of us to have two it costs $60!! ! Way out of my budget, but...

My daughter (10) also has a throat tic - she clears it constantly if nervous or tense. I actually like it as it gives a me a gage as to how she is doing (she does talk but will not tell me she is stressed, maybe she can't) If she is angry she will do this massive load throat clear/cough!
