I cant make myself shower more than once a week, or ocassionally depending on what I've done in a day I might shower a couple of times in a week. It is such a process and a horrible one at that. I agree with the above post- My parents thought it was optional as well. Stimming or whatever you want to call it, is not an option for me, basically, its going to happen whether or not I want to control it and whether or not I am in public or in private.
