I always dated but I struggled in my relationships, but I didn't know I was an aspie. I met my husband online as well as I see many others met their spouse online. I was playing the fishing game on gaiaonline.com and he entered my game and chat. We found out we shared the same faith and became frien...

Its hard to say. You have sensory issues and it seems like some anxieties. Do you think you have Aspergers?? Or..? I think stimming, lack of understanding social cues, sensory meltdowns, occasionally clumsiness .... those are some signs too.. hm.. different ways of thinking and being sensitive to so...

I prefer the feeling of being with someone taller than me because I'm 5'9.5" but I don't mind shorter people. I've had huge crushes on shorter people and dated them. I just tend to feel like an ogre if I'm taller. I am not insecure about their shorter height, I'm insecure about how big I am.

I noticed when I took the aspie quiz that one of the questions asks if you have trouble telling time. I have always had a hard time with this (as well as telling left from right) and I had no idea that it was an AS trait. I'm assuming that because it was on the quiz, it is an AS thing.. For me it k...

I have no help to offer but I have to point out you are not alone.. which is essentially why I can't help you. I can't help myself. I'm the same way. You woulf think I was smart enough but I lack confidence and I'm 22 I just started therapy and I'm trying to get diagnosed. I forget to do my chores, ...

To be honest you sort of sound like a general aspie. I don't go with all the deeds on wiki or stuff because I've realized Autism Spectrum is so broad and people are all different and unique, especially when they have multiple disorders. Like myself. You can be aspie and tons of other things at once....

I know exactly what you mean and my family does it to me the most. Its very frustrating. I noticed people are always assuming and never asking. Even small things. I will post lyrics because of the asthetics in the content or maybe I relate but people will freak out and take it too literally or somet...

I think that's just OCD dear. That's a you thing. Kissing is a pretty natural thing and my boyfriend is an aspie and he loves kissing, though I think the amount of kissing, and type goes hand in hand with various sex drives too. I'd imagine everyone is different. My sister and her bf never make out ...

That's seriously awful. Why would anyone limit something you cannot control? That's like how my sisters having tourettes but my dad would be like "knock it off" I seriously don't get why parents are so dense. I know my boyfriend collects things but his dad would get rid of them which is bad too. Tha...

Not that it's inspirational but I've been wanting to kill myself forever but there's too many scary unsuccessful stories. I always drwamed of cyanide or some miracle accident. Idk what to tell you. Just hang on... get friends to talk to. Like me. @ThilieChristine

Yeah well I mean you choose friends who understand and relate to you or whose character fits the mold of your life and ideals. Family is just blood and connections through genes. I am close to my immediate family but beyond that it's like a family get together forces me to pretend I'm comfortable wi...

I feel that way too. Just because someone is related to you doesn't mean you feel strongly for their company. I think for me I live family but I don't always LIKE family. That's the difference. Butfor my aspie bf he definitely feels like he doesn't understand the concept of love in a natural affecti...

I have BPD and I say almost the exact same thing everyday. People get sick of me and I get tired of hearing that I have too much to appreciate in life. People don't get it. It's not tht I don't care about anything. It's just a numb feeling of eternal disappointment. I love my aspie bf and even he ge...

What context are you using it and to whom? I've never been offended by being called a lady. I actually like "lady" lol but Demetri Martin made a joke that it's creepy to call girls "ladies" like "what's up ladies" haha. I like to refer to myself as a young woman, girl, whatever lady etc. I think tha...
