Noise, light.. basically any sensory over load you may have and then the obvious of office politics.
The stranger thing is that your routines may also be a trigger for being different.

From what has been a previous incident similar found that making a snide comment makes things worse. As some peopel try to tell me it is because they are insecure and belittling you is making them feel better. Well, admittedly i'm a lesbian too, though i do have issues with the attraction part. One day though i hope i can meet a girl who will like "Me" and not tell me i'm weird/eccentric/rude.
