1. You might have some kind of cancer. 2. You might have an intestinal bug. 3. You might have intestinal parasites. 4. You may have thrown your intestinal biome out of whack from something you ate, or from too much stress. 5. If you have been taking meds of any kind, that can affect your intestinal ...

Stress is one possibility, another is a diet deficiency, still another is exposure to toxins, including metals. There are also several health issues that can cause this problem, so you should have it checked out, as it's not natural to lose a whole lot of hair in a short time.

I tried compression socks on a doctor's advice, and they cut off my circulation, so I never wore them again. You would be helped by either a tub bath or a foot bath with epsom salts added to the water, and then putting your feet up in a recliner, or on a hassock for a while. Keep a throw blanket han...

You are obviously stressed out about things going on in your life, which is causing you to overeat, and you are stressing even more over that and the weight it's putting on you. You should try to stop dwelling on the things that are stressing you, by doing things to keep your mind and hands occupied...

Thanks for an interesting article. I had a complete hysterectomy almost 15 years ago due to cancer. The biopsy showed it was a really bad type of cancer, but the docs said that they caught it before it could spread. Guess they were right, because I'm still here 15 years later. There is always the ch...

Self esteem comes from inside yourself, based on what you do with your life. No one else can give this to you. As for depression, get plenty of rest, eat healthier, get some exercise, engage in activities of interest to you, and take B complex vitamines, as they are mood boosting. I found out by acc...

Hope things get better for you soon. Regarding CPAP machines, the new ones tend to be fairlyl quiet. If you sleep with your mouth open you may need to try more than one mask to get a good fit, but it's worth the effort. If you don't sleep with your mouth open, there are nasal inserts that pipe the a...

Part of the problem is from perspective. Basically, is one referring to one's own left and right, or to the left and right of someone standing in front of one, or like the people in a picture in front of you. I tend to get confused when an article says that "so and so" is the person on the...

I learned at an early age that everybody is different, and that we all have our strong points, and we all have our weak points, and that these will differ from one person to the next. This is not a reason to think more or less of someone. There are some who do have a bigger struggle to get thru life...

Simple solution = Don't use Windows. There are alternatives, including Mac, and Linux. Started with Windows, had it for a number of years, along with all it's problems, and was eventually switched to Linux Ubuntu by a tech savvy relative, and I hated it. A few years later my tech savvy relative swit...

How about a little over 60? :D I am better at getting along with people when I have to be with them now, but my lifelong introversion has gotten stronger over the years, so I rarely am with other people anymore. One of my comorbids, Executive Function Disorder has gotten worse over the years, so I n...

Although this is a health matter, the post is basically a commentary on my situation, and not seeking any real medical info. I live alone, so I don't have anyone to talk to most of the time. Being an introvert I usually don't mind this, but once in a while I do feel a need to talk to others. About 5...

Don't you like yourself? Why on earth would you want to hang out with a known pervert who may be trying to "groom" you for sex? The neighbor and the landlord did you a favor. They saved you from this sex offender, before he could do anything bad to you. Your uncle is another loser. He knew...

This is why I keep my Asperger's off the radar with the general public. My family knows, but that's all. I am a little above average intelligence, in areas of interest to me, at least. I do have a processing problem tho. I am slower than others at processing a lot of different things, even more so i...

Here in America there are more size ranges to choose from, but not every place carries every range. You have to look for places that carry your size range. I am short, but over weight, so I need clothes that are in the Petite Plus size range. The exact size within the range can vary from one company...
