It's something you have to train yourself to be careful about if you are doing quality assurance. There's a specific scientific term for it but I don't remember the name.

I do this - only recently have I learned that many people will collect information disseminated to them for the purposes of using against you later for social power.

I've been taking citalapram now for a few years, I've found a dose of 60mg to be quite therapeutic for me though not in fighting depression.
