I barely recognised Dawkins, probably a mixture of the lighting, and their just being heads. They look like a very dark shelf in the Head Museum( Free on Tuesdays).

I assign ignorance. When it comes to individual situations where I have felt hurt, I have never conclusivley reached a point where I could say for certain. That strikes me as stupidity.

I like the idea of there having to be an imbalance of power. A baby screaming at an adult is not bullying, but an adult screaming at a baby is. May be attempting to refute bullying can be bullying, if it belittles the experiences of those who are victims of bullying, rather than using some kind of o...

I interpret #1 as most popular, in this instance, and agree. Dawkins penetration of the media has been extraordinary, it seems mostly down to his stance on religion. Under the circumstances, may be it is understandable that so many are ready to associate themselves with him. The man could have the i...

Last year I spent a couple of uncomfortable days having to come to terms with a sudden onset of delusional thinking - part of me knew that what I was thinking was not right. The thoughts were insistent, and at times I was very afraid. There has been only one incident, not sure what triggered it, and...

I am surprised that so many people will voice their concern at such issues yet remain silent over abuse and slaughter of fellow humans. Is it guilt that makes us feel the life of the animal is worth more?

I like using Fatdog64, the OS(puppy variant) mounts entirely in RAM for extreme response times - Flash support is included. Tin Hat Linux is a similar distro, but requires a lot of RAM. I have Windows 8 for gaming. Like many others users( source: MS communities), have had problems with the latest fe...

I guess their scale of advancement is based on the amount of patents associated with the product, rather than technological advancement.
