People with hyposensitivity can have meltdowns based off sensory needs. Not getting enough sensory stimulation can be as distressing as getting too much. A lack of sensory stimulation can cause all sorts of problems.

In primary school, the classes in mainstream school were mixed ability, but I sat on the "special table" with two learning support assistants. I also attended mentoring and extra maths classes. When I went into high school, I spent the first year in "nurturing class". These were the students who wer...

I have issues making friends, getting a boyfriend and not freaking people out. I am 16 and my fascination for this one boy has gone too far and has caused complex issues. I have known him and been interested in him since we were 11. He was also a bit quirky and loved drama like me. I looked up to hi...

Yeah, i'm like this. I am extremely clingy with this boy i know and i have uncontrollable rages and depression whenever he is not there or he falls out with me. His friends don't like me, so they often bully me and bully him for being friends with me, so i get upset and confused. I don't really know...

I am quite confused because i have a friend that i rely on way too much. At first i confused my behaviour and obsession for him as romantic, but it's not that. I can not get through the day without talking to them, because it makes me happy and calms me down when i am in a rage. I get quite upset wh...
