My meds make me not gain weight. Then, I never been a stress eater. I only gain weight when I'm pms-ing.

I been having anxiety since I was pre-teen or younger I suppose. I have really bad test anxiety, and anxiety in general every day life. Talking on the phone to other people I don't know can make me have a anxiety attack/panic attack.
