Wow. This has got to be one of the most absurd quotes ever. "Genocide" doesn't mean that the population can't rebound a hundred years later. Genocide means the target population was wiped out. Otherwise it is only attempted genocide. It is one thing to try. It is another thing to succeed. The elimi...

that's not much of a dilemma. i would eat my own clone if it was grown without a brain. especially if it was a quantum copy as i know how little exercise I get I would be so tender.

edit: make that no head, and no skin. I don't want it to look like me while I eat it.

Regarding the work situation - why are you apologizing when you are in the right? If someone chooses to be angry that is their problem, not yours. If you want people to like you, it is your problem. If you don't care what somebody thinks of you then "their anger is their problem" is a great attitud...

I am speaking of physics. you are are fiddling with fiction. Yes the OP was nothing to do with science, I don't know how to make it any more obvious. It was a hypothetical about ethics not science. I don't know if people on this forum are too ret*d/pedantic to understand and respect that. Thinking ...

I make a point to learn as much as possible about every country in the world. Australia is one of my favorites and Australian history is a topic I greatly enjoy. Since South Sudan is the newest country in the world I've been spending a lot of time reading into it in particular (at this time). No ha...

That's been my biggest complaint about the attempts made to destroy religion by the more progressive contingents of society. They're taking thousands of years of social engineering and best practices to replace it with - really nothing. A secular ritual of sorts, things to remind us of who and what...

I'm curious what some of the pro-life people here (and everybody else, too) think about plan B (prevents pregnancy) or RU-486 (medical abortion, as opposed to surgical abortion) very early after a rape. Do you think that pharmacies and/or pharmacists should have a right to refuse to dispense plan B...
