| I talk to myself a lot as a self-calming thing, but I can stop if someone asks me to. Same thing I guess. I definitely do it more when stressed. |

Wrightslaw.com is a great resource for learning anout special education law.
I would say having an IEP would benefit him very much.

| Yes, I definitely think you should get the IEP re-instated, and have it written in that he can use the private bathrom,as others have stated. | Yes, pretty sure I was like this to some extent wehen I was younger. It's all due to rigidity of thinking.... Social skills classes do help... and also time to develop and mature. |

| Hoodie sweatshirts or headphones are a great idea. Also if you can find anyone in your area, I have heard great things about auditory integration therapy. It can help reduce sensitivity to noise. |

| deber, please don't worry so much. I had the same worries. But I have been taking it - lorazepam - every day for years with no problems. Of course I dont think it affects me as strongly as others, no medication, whether it was a benzo (anti anxiety ) or SSRI ever affected me if I skipped a day. But ... |

| Yeah, I like it . I only started watching it last season I think or maybe the season before that. It is entertaining, although it grew a bit tedious towards the end. I want to see the season premiere but have to wait till it comes on Hulu. |
