When someone promises to call back and doesn't what is the right response? When should you think about calling back. If it is a mobile what times are reasonable to ring? E.g. I was told at 3.30-4pm on a Friday someone would ring back in about an hour. I don't know what hours they work but know they...

In my mind, a person who can talk to one like that usually feels that way about themselves and uses subconscious mechanisms by reflecting and projecting upon themselves. Sometimes though, they maybe in a stressful situation and say things they don't mean because they are angry and especially if they...

I had snapped because it happens to be finals week, and other students have been extremely manipulative for the last three days. 1. I was on a computer on Monday, and one of them came up to me and said, "Excuse me," and that they had a project that they needed to print and asked if they could borrow...

Earlier this afternoon, I had sat down to work on a class project at a computer with a scanner because all the computers elsewhere were taken due to it being final week at my University library. Nearly fifteen minutes ago, a woman walked up to me and said, "So, I need to scan something and you are s...

I recently got attacked microaggressively and I did say something witty to one of the situations that made the other people laugh. Even though it still hurt, I found a way to push back.

I know I answered my own question here but I need some good examples.

My advice to dealing with house guests and feeling uncomfortable. The best advice for you would be to speak to your husband and express your concerns before they arrive next time. The second advice would be to get as much rest as possible before they arrive If you feel that stressed, I would try Yog...

I was just wondering if anyone in here has ever dealt with people who share certain microagressions about your position and social economic status. I.E- -Where you can live based on your income. -How and when you associate with married people because they have a spouse to take care of. Those types o...

You might want to try looking for a support group for people with Asperger's syndrome around your area. Have you thought about that? I think it might help to find someone who can really relate to you. However, I remember feeling like you did when I was your age and struggling with trying to fit it. ...

I have confronted people in the past and one of them was another woman who had hurt me badly. However, she just ignored what I said and blew me off with,

"I'm sorry but I have been busy working, I'll call you in a few days." In this case, she did both.

I have been battling with anger for a good majority of my life and even more so in the last four years. I mainly get angry over rejection by people like most people with Aspies do. I also have a hard time letting things go and holding those things against the individuals who reject me. The biggest h...

I once heard this nice subtle way of telling someone off... "See you next tuesday" Replace the first two words with similar sounding letters and take the first letter of the last two words. It's a nasty word, reserved for only the nastiest of people. Works best for women who piss you off, but you c...

What I don't like is when you are trying to have a good time and you are unaware of voice volume, and someone comes up ans asks you to keep your voice down but then continues with a ,"Because we can hear you over there." That is a hot button for me.
