I think my post was not explained well enough. My boyfriend said that my son kicked him. He didn't actually kick him. His feet touched his leg. Children tend to do this. My son is 12 and dx'd with HFA, ADD, OCD, and anxiety. My boyfriend seems understanding and willing to learn about my son. But he feels like my son is "getting his way" all the time.
