wear a night guard for sleeping, and if you notice you're clenching during the day put your tongue on your roof. can't clench if you're doing that.

I'm 46 and have always looked young for my age. Pissed me off when I was 21 and my sister was 17 and they all thought she looked older. However now people say I look like I am 30. So if that's a benefit then I'll take it.
