Yup. You and me are not the same person. We're just occupying the same space. I'm the experiencer and you're a part of the vessel for the experience to happen. That anxiety was damn annoying. Why hide deep sadness with THAT ??? Come on. I know you lot misbehave, but come on!!... Sure it's over but I...

I had . And had to let it go. Not all at once; it goes through few phases. My coping strategy was simply utter cynical apathy that not doing such as I had it mind meant harming themselves -- and I'll just let them be. I used to think everyone can just get over themselves. Especially since I'm ...

Update: The most absurd thing was... What this creepy fear is hiding -- was this deep sadness and mourning to whatever I witnessed. The lives that were cut short, the misfortune, the accidents that did happened, their painful deaths -- and these people never get to live with their loved ones ever ag...

The type that can linger into the night, drive you into this state of vigilance, reacting even to any slight noise and feel some sort o...

AD(H)D symptoms can came from many sources. Ranging from innate neurodivergence, chronic health issues, to trauma related symptoms around executive dysfunction. Within the next month or so, there will likely be another dengue epidemic.

:| And I'm still not sure why even the mildest mosquito repellent (one that's formulated for babies) still gives me this weird mild burning itchy skin reaction.

Minorities who have the majority of resources and power more like it, and are kept exclusive to themselves to keep the power and status quo. Minorities that aren't discriminated against, aren't dehumanized in a way that doesn't made them less than dirt -- more like a dehumanization that uplifts them...

2 weeks of clothes that I own and wear everyday can fit in a single drawer.

And I do my laundry once a week.

I like the idea of minimalist lifestyle. :o
The household I grew up with does not adhere to minimalism and I don't like it. :|

Since I overcame the source of my maladaptive daydreaming, it's gotten me to new heights. Just like how I overcame my anxieties for good before I was 18. But that wasn't enough, I knew. But what if this recent breakthrough isn't enough? If I find them all, oh yeah, I will able to live my l...

When it came to socializing, I'm just someone who just comes and goes. I'm not a true introvert, I'm just asocial. I don't have a real social drive; it's just boredom.
