| have showers before bedtime, use to have 3-5 a day to relax me. have a sleep routine yep. ...cant handle ginger, sensory issues. have a certain blanket that i always use that 'helps' me get to sleep yep. normally sit there and try for an hour once thtas up, look on internet and read articles for abo... |

......i've been living with demons my whole life, so it doesnt change for me no, but the article is just to help with a bit of hope when im feeling down, in the end it wont stop anything from happening,

the only thing thats ever helped me with that aspect, is antidepressents,
i hated going to work and having to have full convo's and looking like an idiot,
had full time work too, know exactly what your feeling |
