| I agree that there are some good people out there but I agree that sometimes this world and people are so bad that there really is no point in living. The good people who keep trying to make things better often end up either completely harmed or exhausted. |

It is NOT your fault! It sounds like she has major issues and has been brainwashed like all of those other right wing nutjobs.
Be grateful that you don't have to deal with that anymore and do look at finding more like minded people online. |

| I haven't tried cold showers but I do moderate intesnsity exercise, eat healthy foods and try to be in nature as much as I can, but that still doesn't help. Is there anything else you recommend? |
