Someone had to say it. It's a tough pill to swallow, but swallow it I will.

I have no plans on interacting with him unless necessary. I've been over him, but that fact it happened and I'm viewed as a creep feels pretty awful.

I've been thinking about it for a very long time and I finally bit the bullet and bought a pair of Red Wing' work boots. I'm loving them. I still have to break them in, but my back is soooo happy.

I've been growing into this pattern of falling for these guys with zero interest in me and I always embarrass myself by not picking up the cues, going into too much wishful thinking, and pursuing them to the point, I think, of social inappropriateness. This time I really made an ass out of myself an...

I'm curious about this too. Right now, I eat simple breakfasts like cereal, eggs & toast, etc. For lunch I'll do one of those salad kits you can get at the store. I found a mexican themed one that I loooooove. For dinner, I eat whatever needs to be eaten before it goes bad. For snacks, I eat a l...

One of the thing that I am annoyed is people complaining about college debt. Yes it seems that the person is doing the right thing. He goes to college. Probably pick humanity major. And then he's in huge debt flipping burger. To me, that is not an excuse. That is not people out of luck. To me, it's...

Stood and walked for 10 hours at work and then finally did a leg day after skipping it the last couple of weeks (mostly due to depression). Added some weights to my squat, did some good morning deadlifts, and Bulgarian squats. Gave up on the leg press. My gym has 3 different types and each one destr...

The only thing that really unites us is our symptoms and our relationship with society. Other than that, we tend to come in all sorts of flavors and our political views tend to develop similarly to how a NT's might develop; parental influence, region, culture, political climate in childhood, educati...

I feel socially isolated, but I've been more isolated. Leading up to my diagnosis and after, I was in a deep depression and I was living with some toxic people. At the time, I was taking what they were saying about me to heart. They're out of my life now, but I'm still recovering emotionally. Right ...

Looked into it, but didn't see the point. I really like my iPhone 6 and it didn't seem like much of an upgrade.

I did the Voc Rehab offered by the Dep. of Human Resources. I have 2 experiences with it, with 2 different offices. The first experience was bad. All they did was give me a bunch of quizzes to find my "dream career" and then pawned me off at a domestic sweatshop for disabled people, who th...

If you're doing to just lose weight, you run into the risk of making up those missed calories later in the day; such as eating bigger servings or adding extra sauce or maybe drinking a soda under the illusion that because you skipped a meal, you can afford it. At the end of the day, these small deci...

I have Celiac Disease, so GF is a medical necessity. Before going GF, I was in chronic pain all the time. I hadn't had a normal bowel movement in years. After going GF, it was like night and day. Pain stopped and people even said they could see color in my face again. I tried going Casein free as we...

Just came back from the gym and completed leg day. Did squats (just discovered I have butt wink. Gaaah!), deadlifts, and a bunch of back exercises. My form for all my lifts are still a bit bad, but I'm starting feel more 'activation' from my main muscles when I lift.
