Psych wards are not fun especially for people who have sensory and social anxiety issues. Since I couldn't wear any hoodies, I wore a hospital bed sheet on my head. The doctor thought that this was abnormal so I ended up in a straitjacket in a padded room. Afterwards I was pumped full of drugs and w...

My sensory issues and social anxiety make it impossible to act normal.

There's clearly a generation gap over the whole "Too old for things". I expect that in a few decides it will go away. More and more people are realising that video games are not just for kids.

I tried to punch and bite them, and I had to be put in restraints cause I got so out of control. Nowadays I don't g...

I used to hate clothes shopping cause my mom would make me try dresses on. I always tried to refuse since I don't feel safe wearing anything other then hoodies.

After a couple of years she finally got the picture, and now she only buys me hoodies. :D

I had problems with teachers after I was diagnose. My I.E.P. plan stated that I'm allowed to wear hoodies with the hood up at all times. But the teacher refuse to believe me when I told her. She thought I was lying to her, and I was put in the timeout room and I started having a meltdown. I later f...
