My son only seems to have a problem with my husband's eating and breathing. I sat down right next to him on the couch and ate a pear and crackers last night. He didn't even notice! Wow. Thanks so much to everyone for the information! I did look up Misophonia and that does sound a lot like what is going on--especially since it started just in the last year. I'm so glad to have this insight--I can already tell I'm going to be spending a lot of time reading these forum discussions!
